PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY
Zagrebačke pekarne Klara d.d. will do everything to protect your privacy, as well as the personal data of customers – small business owners, high-school students in training, and students who work for us under a student employment agreement. All personal data at our disposal will be used in accordance with the Act and the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data is provided in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Training Agreement, and the Student Employment Agreement.

For customers – small business owners:

- Address
- Contact data, including email address
For high-school students:
- Name and surname
- Address
- IBAN
- Name of school and class
For university students:
- Name and surname
- Address
- IBAN
For webshops:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Place of delivery and postal code
WHAT WE DO WITH THE DATA WE COLLECT
We keep the data of our customers-small business owners permanently, in accordance with regulations. We keep the data of high-school students and university students for three years from the end of their training, or three years from the termination of the student’s employment agreement.
We keep the webshop data for 3 years, except in cases when longer archiving is required by the applicable regulations.

SECURITY
The security of your data is important to us. In order to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your data, we have secured appropriate physical, electronic, and management protection systems to protect and safeguard the data we collect.
Personal data contained in the collection are provided to other persons for use only upon receiving the written consent of the respondent, except in cases where the consent is legally not required.
All our respondents have the right to:
– Check the personal data contained in the collection pertaining to them
– Receive a printout of personal data contained in the collection pertaining to them
The respondent has the right to submit a request to the authorized person of the Collection Manager in order to exercise their right to:
– Supplement, modify or delete incomplete and inaccurate information about oneself pertaining to the processing of their personal data.
The request can be submitted orally and electronically. A respondent who believes that their right guaranteed by the Personal Data Protection Act has been violated has the right to submit a request to the Personal Data Protection Agency to determine whether their rights were violated.
